EDLD 5318 - Implementation

The implementation phase focused on bringing the design to life through intentional instructional choices, consistent module structures, and purposeful integration of digital platforms. I built out the Start Here Module to reduce cognitive load, support technology readiness, and establish a smooth user experience. Modules 1–3 were implemented using Canvas as the organizational backbone, paired with Google Workspace for planning and budgeting, Khan Academy and DeltaMath for math skill development, Edpuzzle-enhanced micro-lessons, and ScreenPal recordings for communication tasks. In-person sessions were scheduled at key checkpoints to coach students through idea development, pricing strategies, and pitch creation. Each implementation decision reinforced the course goal of giving students an authentic, confidence-building entrepreneurial experience.
